Can't Keep the Fangirl at Bay

So I've been home from school the past two days with one helluva bad cold; I only went to school on Monday because it coincided with a really big (and super duper fun!) school tradition where the 12th graders (oh hey, I'm one of those!) and the 10th graders that I had been looking forward to for, like, my entire time in high school, so there was no way I would miss it. I chose the freaking worst time to get sick, though! I've had to reschedule my meeting with my English teacher twice where we're supposed to discuss my college essay --- so yeah, not the best luck. I will say though that I am not calling in sick tomorrow -- I'm behind enough already (That and I'm feeling much better aside from my sinus headache)

Actually, by typical sick day standards, I'm super ahead. I've learned to keep a much stronger sense of optimism than I had in 10th grade (if you knew back then or read old journals, you know what I mean) -- basically, I looked at my sick days as a whole day-long free period I could do homework in. And BAM I finished ALL my homework except for two assignments that are impossible to do without talking to the teachers. 

I am proud of myself. 


Oh, right, that Journal title. Man I got off topic. 
Seriously, though. I've spent soooooooooooo much time today reading Wattpad fanfiction (My username on there is Zellona, btw. Message me if you're on there!) and omgomgomgomgomg I can't stop the OTP feels T_T

Help me. I've been fangirl screaming while listening to SAO soundtrack songs and reading Skylox fan fiction and I can't effing stop XD

It's that level of obsession you get in romances sometimes where you feel like your heart is gonna explode. You know that feeling? No, just me? Okay then. 

Really though, I started watching this YouTuber known as Sky Does Minecraft back in February and I've gotten sooooo obsessed with his videos. If you're interested, please check him out on Sky Does Minecraft of SkyVsGaming, he's really funny and I'd love someone else to talk to about his vids! 

Also, yes you heard me right: I'm obsessively reading romantic fan fictions about real people and shipping them. ITS NOT AS CREEPY AS IT SOUNDS I SWEAR! 

I felt that I needed to write a journal letting you guys in about this, because his videos have become a huge interest of mine and a big part of my life because his videos have really helped brighten rough days and let me let go of the stress and laugh for a while at both light and sometimes dark humor (That and in a draw my life he revealed some things about his past including depression that I find really inspirational for how far he's come since then. That alone has really helped me when depression threatens to resurface again) To put it simply: his videos really helped me out.


Jeez, I need to start sectioning these or something for every time I get off topic.

Another huge thing: Wattpad.

Jeez, my obsession with that site is mildly concerning.

Really though, for you writers and readers (not just fan fiction, it has all types of virtual books and costs nothing) I highly recommend it. It's a really inclusive community (at least in the fandom I've encountered) And has become a HUGE passion of mine, so much so that I have an ORIGINAL STORY outlined that I plan on posting on there once 12th grade school work and college applications get a little less overwhelming, whenever that happens (probably around December/Early January; I plan on getting my apps in by then because I HAVE A PLAN DAMMIT), and I plan to have it PRE-WRITTEN when I do so I can, you know, have reliable updates for once! Yaaaaaay! 

I absolutely love that site, though. There are so many stories on there and I love talking to people on there. It's a really welcoming community for me and a place where I can fangirl with others. 

Speaking of fangirling.... 

OMGNKVEWAKBVNADVMADIGBNAEFVLBMWROHNJRYOJNFVKNASVMEONBTINHSNVKDSNMBV<Bmn  I found a SAO Team Crafted crossover and I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN SO HYPED OVER A FANFIC BEFORE!!! (I've been reading fanfics for over four bloody years so that's saying something!) It's not perfect, in fact the very first chapter started with a plot hole and the pacing is kinda shaky, but I DONT CARE BECAUSE SAO SKYLOX IS THE MOST FEELSY THING EVER AND I CANT GET OVER IT OMFG!!! (Would you believe me if I said Skylox wasn't even my OTP? #SkyBop)

Really, though. Someone please either join Wattpad or check out Sky Does Minecraft or something! None of my url friends are into them and I want someone to talk about it with!
